Juventus are finalising terms over a deal for Manchester United fullback Matteo Darmian.

The Italy international is eager to leave Old Trafford at the end of this season after a difficult twelve months.

Darmian has been in talks with Juve since the New Year and Tuttosport says the Bianconeri are now in the final stretch of negotiations.

Agreement exists on both sides of the table, with Darmian expected to put pen to paper with Juve immediately after the FA Cup final.

A return to Turin will suit Darmian, who joined United almost three years ago from Torino.
