Juventus happy Arsenal want Melo: Van Persie swap on agenda

Juventus have welcomed Arsenal's confirmed interest in Felipe Melo. Juve are keen to cash in on the Brazil midfielder and are willing to discuss a swap with the Gunners at the end of the season.

The Turin giants would be open to a deal, but are eyeing at least one of Robin van Persie, Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna as part of any transfer.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is likely to resist a raid for the first-team trio, though in the summer he was willing to offer FiorentinaEmmanuel Eboue as part of a total package worth £18m.
