Real Madrid midfielder Mahamadou Diarra is a target for Juventus. Gazzetta dello Sport says Juve management are keen to form an all-Mali central midfield with Momo Sissoko and Diarra next season.
Juve are counting on the friendship between Diarra and new signing Fabio Cannavaro to convince the Malian to make the move to Turin this summer.
Now recovered from knee surgery, Diarra is available at Real for around £12 million. His agent, Federico Guerra, is due for talks over his future with Real officials today.
Meanwhile, Juventus are ready to cash in on Olof Mellberg and Christian Poulsen.
Former Aston Villa defender Mellberg is set to be sold to Olympiakos for £3 million. And Danish midfielder Poulsen is in advanced talks with Turkey's Fenerbahce.
