Juventus GM Beppe Marotta will spend today in negotiations with Sao Paulo for defender Rhodolfo.
La Stampa says Marotta is expecting a busy few final days of the summer market and along with the Brazilian centre-half, he also is chasing Hamburg winger Eljero Elia.
Marotta remains keen to find buyers for strikers Vincenzo Iaquinta and Amauri before Wednesday's deadline.
Rhodolfo is likely to move to Juve for €10 million, though Sao Paulo are demanding more as some compensation is due his former club, Atletico Paranaense.
Juve coach Antonio Conte wants Elia signed, but Hamburg have raised their price to €11 million, which is deemed too steep by Marotta. The communication lines, however, remain open.
