Juventus GM Beppe Marotta says there's no chance of a U-turn over Alessandro del Piero's departure. Marotta refused to open the door for a Del Piero renewal once his contract expires in the summer.

"Del Piero is an example," Marotta said. "There are no words to describe what he can deliver in terms of emotions and performances.

"Champions like Del Piero are rare and it is impossible to immediately find a footballer like him. It takes time to become a champion.

"A new deal? We are not focused on the dynamics of the future, we are concentrating on the present. Right now we want to turn our dreams into reality."
