Juventus GM Beppe Marotta says he's keen to keep the club Italian.
Marotta has overseen the captures of Italian trio Simone Pepe, Leonardo Bonucci and Marco Motta plus Uruguayan winger Jorge Martinez.
He said: "We want to strengthen our Italian brand by seriously focusing on our youth sector, but we also want to win immediately. That is our objective.
"I'm very optimistic about the construction of the new team.
"No club can promise a star buy right now because the transfer market is pretty still.
"We want to lower the average age of the team and reduce costs - also because we are not in the Champions League."
