Juventus GM Beppe Marotta insists everyone at the club respects Alessandro del Piero.
Del Piero's future is in doubt after president Andrea Agnelli's comments last week.
"He's our captain, our leader, not many in the history of Juve have given more," said Marotta.
"Whether he is a starter or on the bench, he deserves the utmost respect."
