Manchester United remain in the mix for Valencia midfielder Andre Gomes.

Tuttosport says Gomes already has an agreement in principle with Juventus, although the club are yet to agree a fee with Valencia.

But it is claimed United retain an interest in the former Benfica star and will look to take advantage should negotiations between Juventus and Valencia stall.

The Italian publication says the Red Devils will provide strong competition to the Old Lady for Gomes' signature.
