Juventus are on the brink of a deal with Bastia for a player partnership.
CorseMatin.com says representatives from the Ligue 1 side are in Turin this weekend to discuss a potential sporting relationship.
The partnership will see Juve loan young players to Bastia and also engage in money-spinning friendlies.
