Chelsea have been encouraged in their pursuit of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba this week.
The Independent says Chelsea are increasingly convinced that they can do a deal with Juve, provided the transfer fee is right.
The club's director in charge of transfers, Marina Granovskaia, remains in contact with Juve, over a potential £70million deal.
Chelsea will reportedly pursue the deal this week, reckoning Juventus are keen to get a big fee now, rather than wait a year and sell him to Barcelona when their transfer embargo finishes.
