Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci is confident of facing Euro2012 qualifying opponents Serbia.

The Italy stopper received a knock to his left foot during the 0-0 draw with Northern Ireland.

"I think he will be available on Tuesday," said chief medic Enrico Castellacci. "The x-rays ruled out any fractures, but he does have a trauma and a slight sprain.

"He was able to run without problems today, so I am very optimistic."
