Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has been cleared of serious knee injury.

There were fears that the Italian international centre-back could be sidelined for some time after twisting his knee.

But after several medical examinations the club's concerns have eased.

Scans have shown no ligament or meniscus damage, meaning he suffered only a light sprain to his left knee.
