Juventus are attempting to prise Nemanja Vidic away from Manchester United.
The Daily Star says Juventus have revived their interest in Manchester United defender Vidic.
The Italian side have heard that Sir Alex Ferguson could axe either Vidic or Rio Ferdinand in favour of new signing Phil Jones.
The 19-year-old defender, who cost £6.5m from Blackburn, looks set to have a bright future at Old Trafford.
Juventus approached Manchester United last month about the possibility of signing Vidic.
But they were cut short when Vidic ruled out any possible move.
