Juventus have confirmed the sale of Eljero Elia to Werder Bremen.
Juventus have announced that they have sold Elia to Werder Bremen for an initial fee of 5.5m.
The Dutchman was made available for transfer after a disastrous first season in Italian football with the Old Lady.
