Juventus remain confident fighting off the attention of Chelsea in fullback Alex Sandro.
Gazzetta dello Sport says the left-back is expected to sign a new contract with the Turin side, matching the offer that has been made to him by Chelsea,.
He will ultimately earn around €7 million-per-year (£6.28m) at the Juventus Stadium, which is what Antonio Conte's side offered him to make a switch in the summer.
Sandro's current deal, which runs until June 2020, sees him earn €2.8m-a-year (£2.5m).
In terms of his basic salary, that will be near-enough doubled by Juventus as part of the new contract. He will pick up €5m-per-year (£4.4m) on a contract that lasts until 2022.
And bonuses linked to his performances on the pitch will see him reach close to the €7m mark offered by Chelsea.
