Juventus have completed the signing of Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo.

Brazilian midfielder Melo moves to Juve for a total of £21.5m, while Marco Marchionni has been given a market value of £4m.

It is quite a tidy profit for the Bianconeri, as Marchionni was originally signed for just £200,000.

"I am very happy to be at Juventus and can't wait to get started," said the midfielder after passing his medical on Tuesday.

"I believe in this team, which has grown in strength and can challenge everyone for all trophies in Italy and Europe."
