Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri has welcomed the arrival of loan signing Guglielmo Stendardo from Lazio.

Ranieri said: "I am confident, he is a good player, has the right experience. He's already played in the Champions League and so will be a good leader for the younger players.

"He knows he has to work hard, we can't do anything by waving a magic wand - it is important that there is cooperation. Commitment helps make you better."
