Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri says Chelsea won't be successful with their sacking culture.
The Italian, who was given the chop by Blues owner Roman Abramovich in 2004, said: "Sacking (Phil) Scolari really surprised me.
"I didn't expect it. We Italians are used to that with coaches going after two or three months. In England, it's now becoming a bit like Italy.
"New owners want to come in and win straight away. In the past in England you would have had time to build a team but that's not true any more. Scolari wasn't even given the chance to finish the season."
