Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri had a new dig at Inter Milan's Jose Mourinho last night.
After Juve's 0-0 draw with Sampdoria, Ranieri expanded on his criticism of Mourinho for ducking Inter's midweek media duties.
Ranieri said: "You always dangle the bait in front of him and he takes it every time. The truth is I said I agreed with his position, as it is difficult to stand in front of the television cameras over an hour after the final whistle, but out of respect for the fans and the journalists I do that.
"I did it in England too, even when I couldn't really speak the language."
Mourinho also snapped that he learned Italian by studying five hours a day before taking the Inter job, whereas "after five years Ranieri could barely manage 'good morning' and 'good afternoon.'"
Harking back to a previous comment when the Portuguese boss had suggested Ranieri was "nearly 70 years old," the Juventus man replied in an ironic manner.
