"Saturday's game helped everyone understand who we are and we are not going to shy away from that," said the ex-Chelsea manager.
"We have some defects, but we are working to disguise those as much as possible. Essentially, as a first season that is still a work in progress, I'd say we are doing pretty well.
"There is no such thing as an easy match, we'll see the result and then can really say if the win over Inter has given us a boost.
"The team has grown so much since the start of the campaign and believes in its own potential. We must always give 110 per cent to bring home a result, we're not like those other giants who can perhaps pick up points with the minimum effort.
"We must continue to work hard with perseverance."
