Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara praised Claudio Marchisio after his performance in yesterday's friendly against Vicenza.

Ferrara fielded Marchisio in midfield for the 1-1 draw and said: "In a crowded midfield, he showed he knew how to adapt to different situations.

"He displayed an ability to play different roles. I was also happy with (Mauro) Camoranesi."
