Juventus coach Conte excited ahead of Notts County stadium opener

Juventus coach Antonio Conte is excited to be opening their new stadium this week against Notts County.

Juventus inaugurate their new state of the art stadium in Turin on Thursday with a friendly against Notts County, then welcome Parma on Sunday in their Serie A opener.

“Playing in a stadium like this gives you extra adrenaline and pure passion, both for the players and me,” said Conte.

“The stadium reflects the English style and I expect the same step up in quality from the fans. I tell them we are doing our best to bring Juventus back to the top, but it requires patience. The crowd can give the team a great deal, but also take it away.”

Anyway even though the stadium is a jem I would prefer to expand the second tier with 5 rows to make it a 46.000 seater stadium and more harmonious and remove the cables. It would also look more awe-inspiring from the outside.

The rest of Italy must follow Juventus' example and build new stadiums to get back to CL
