Juventus coach Antonio Conte is confident handling expectations.
The club have tried a variety of Coaches since they were promoted back to the top flight in 2007, with men such as Claudio Ranieri, Ciro Ferrara and Alberto Zaccheroni, as well as Gigi Del Neri, failing to keep their job.
"I'm very calm because I have a club behind myself who appointed me knowing all of the positives and the negatives," Conte said.
"There is good synergy between myself, directors Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici, as there is with President Andrea Agnelli.
"A great club and a great team make a great Coach. We'll certainly have problems in the next year, but the club will stand by me.
"When I signed I didn't have any minimum objectives. That is not in my character. I want to win and we'll give our all to do so."
