Juventus coach Antonio Conte refused to talk to the media after their 4-1 win over Atalanta.
He is protesting at his name again being mentioned in the latest chapter of the Calcioscommesse match-fixing scandal.
"It is the duty of a club to support its Coach and help him to stay calm," explained director Beppe Marotta on Sky Sport Italia.
"He is bitter because his name gets dragged through the mud every time there is a new development in the Calcioscommesse investigation, despite the fact he has already paid a heavy price. He doesn't want to keep answering the same questions on something that is far behind him."
