Juventus coach Max Allegri has welcomed the signing of Rolando Mandragora.

Mandragora has been signed from Genoa and remains on-loan with Pescara this season.

Allegri said: “Mandragora is young, he has a lot of quality and the club is making good moves on the market.

“How do I motivate the group? I don't always say the same things…there are many games left in the season, all of the top five can fight until the end. We haven't done anything yet.

“Our goal is to improve in attacking and defensive phases. And we must improve.

“Primavera? Pol Lirola is a good player, like many others. Fabio Grosso is doing a great job, we'll consider the possibility of adding someone to the first team."
