Juventus coach Max Allegri praised his players for handling the dismissal of Cristiano Ronaldo in victory at Valencia.
Ronaldo saw red on 29 minutes for a clash with Valencia defender Jeison Murillo, but Juve still managed to win 2-0 thanks to two goals from Miralem Pjanic.
Allegri said, "It was a good test. As long as Cristiano was on the left, we created favorable opportunities, and even later (after the dismissal) when we played football.
"Then when we stopped playing football because we were winning 2-0 and we defended ourselves well. When you defend like that, it is difficult for Juventus to score a goal. We are starting to feel better physically, to be more brilliant and then in the Champions League there is a different focus."
