Juventus have scouts currently in Argentina, it has been revealed.

Gustavo Ghezzi, who handles the affairs of Argentines Julio Cruz (Inter Milan) and Ezequiel Lavezzi (Napoli), told calciomercato.com: "I confirm that in these last days observers from Juventus have arrived in Argentina, but I do not know if they were here to see Valeri or other players."

Lanus winger Diego Hernan Valeri is understood to be attracting serious interest from Juve leading up to the January market.
