Juventus chief Alessio Secco was in Spain yesterday for talks with Sevilla over midfielder Christian Poulsen.

Sky Italia says the Denmark international is a priority target for Juve coach Claudio Ranieri, who sees him as the ideal foil for Momo Sissoko in his midfield.

Juve's board are confident of striking terms for Poulsen in the coming days and hope to bring the Sevilla man to Turin by Wednesday next week.
