Juventus chief Alessio Secco insists they want to hold onto striker Amauri.
Amauri has been linked with a return to Palermo in exchange for young Danish defender Simon Kjaer.
"I've also heard these rumours, they're a classic joke of the market," said Secco. "Amauri will not be given away, he is a strong player who we will count on for next season. Meanwhile, the boy wants to stay at Juventus to prove his worth, and so I can categorically rule out this case."
On Kjaer, Secco added: "I will not unsettle him, it is not part of the style of Juventus. For Kjaer, I can say that he is a good player who is doing great for Palermo. Surely, he has a bright future, but I do not know if he will ever join Juventus."
