Juventus sports director Alessio Secco has admitted their interest in Werder Bremen midfielder Diego.

The Bianconeri are planning to cash in on several fringe players in January to fund a major bid for the Brazil international playmaker.

"He's an excellent player," said Secco. "The Brazilian is very strong and influential on the field."
