Juventus chief scout Renzo Castagnini remains in Brazil on a scouting mission.
Castagnini over the weekend met with Vitòrio Piffero, the president of Internacional de Porto Alegre, to discuss the club's younger players.
Giuliano Victor, Daniel Souza and Sandro Ranieri were all mentioned during the meeting, says Tuttosport.
Castagnini showed greatest interest in Ranieri, 20, a central midfielder, who has received a glowing recommendation from Juve's Brazilian scout, Junior Chavare.
Inter Milan and Barcelona have also been linked with Ranieri in the last six months.
