Juventus director Pavel Nedved has confirmed Carlos Tevez is set to sign for Boca Juniors.

Tevez still has a year to run on his Juve deal, but has decided to leave Europe to return home.

"The choice of Carlos is one of the heart, we have only to thank him for what he has done in these years," said Nedved.

"I like this new Juventus, we play attacking football and with very important players."

Boca Juniors director Carlos Aguas expects to confirm Tevez's signing on Wednesday.
