Juventus powerbroker Lapo Elkann insists they can mount a successful title defence.

Juve have stumbled in the opening month of the new season.

But Elkann says: “Do I still believe in the Scudetto? It's a long battle and you only win it at the end. We have a strong squad, so we can face and win this battle.

“It wasn't the best start to the season, because there have been so many changes, but I have full faith in my cousin Andrea. I am merely a huge fan."
