Juventus are continuing their search for new players in Germany, with Schalke defender Benedikt Howedes the latest target. According to reports in Tuttosport, the bianconeri are keeping close tabs on the 20 year-old stopper who is contracted to the German club until 2014.

The interest in Howedes continues the German expedition for Juventus, who are also on the verge of making an official bid for Werder Bremen's Brazilian star Diego.
