Juventus captain Gigi Buffon had sympathy for Napoli after Saturday's win.
The result was decided at the 88th minute by a sudden Simone Zaza snapshot.
“With 15 minutes to go, I would not have been disappointed with a draw, then Zaza pulled the rabbit out the hat," Buffon told reporters.
“In the final 10 minutes, Napoli had the initiative. The thought of being able to win only comes in those situations if you've done it many times before.
“Napoli made it tough for us and deserved at least a point this evening. We've got a really top quality side behind us in the table.
“I admit I would've been worried if Napoli had won tonight, because recovering a five-point gap would not have been easy."
