Juventus defender Martin Caceres has denied holding talks with Liverpool striker Luis Suarez regarding a move to the Italian club.
Reds ace Suarez has been linked with a move to the Turin club this summer with some reports suggesting that Caceres, who joined permanently from Sevilla recently, spoke to him about coming to join the Old Lady.
But Caceres has rubbished claims that he tried to persuade his Uruguayan teammate to join him in Italy.
"Have I spoken with Luis Suarez about Juve? I didn't speak with him in the national team and he didn't ask me any questions about Juve, that's the truth," he said.
"A player with whom I'd like to play? Luis and Edinson [Cavani], but it's not in my hands."
