Juventus have insisted that Tiago will not be joining Tottenham after accusing the North Londoners of dragging their heels over a potential transfer.
"We have received a number of requests for him and Tottenham followed him over the last few days," stated Secco.
"But, they [Spurs] took their time, and now there is not much time left to conclude the deal, so Tiago is no longer on the market.
"Now he has got the chance to show his capabilities here with us."
