Juventus have announced the contract status of four youngsters.

Striker Ciro Immobile has had his co-ownership with Genoa renewed, attacker Stefano Beltrame has also had his registration extended another 12 months.

Alberto Libertazzi has now entered co-ownership with Novara and Juve have also signed 50 per cent of Leonardo Spinazzola's registration from Siena.
