Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio has shrugged off talk of interest from Manchester United.

The Turin press say United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to rumble Juve's contract talks with Marchisio with a January offer for the midfielder.

However, Marchisio said last night: "I still have a long contract so I'm peaceful now. Then, when the club wants to talk to me, I'm available."
