Juventus ace Diego was pleased with his goal in their victory over Atalanta.
Diego has been criticised over his form, but believes he is again proving his worth.
"I was missing a goal, it's true. It's important to get back on the scoresheet, but it's more important if we then win," Diego told Tuttosport.
Asked if he felt obliged to get off the mark again considering the £23m Juventus paid for him, Diego replied: "No, we need to be more mature, you know that it will arrive sooner or later.
"I am not just here to score goals. That is Trezeguet and Amauri's job and they are very good at it. I am not a striker."
