Juventus have accepted a bid from Bayern Munich for Arturo Vidal.

La Stampa says terms have been agreed over a fee for the former Bayer Leverkusen midfielder.

Juve had asked for €45m, but will receive €40m including performance-related bonuses.

Vidal's agent Fernando Felicevich is already in Munich to discuss personal terms.

A four-year contract worth €6.5m per season has been mooted.
