Ivan Juric has slammed Inter Milan's treatment of former coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

Juric was Gasperini's No2 at Inter.

"It was a horrible defeat, but if a Coach who for years has done well suddenly gets sacked after only five games, then it means the club had no real faith in him from the start," Juric told Radio Sportiva.

"The rapport with the players was good and they worked hard to change their style of play, but unfortunately we weren't given the time."
