Junior has signed a new deal with Real Betis.
Real Betis have announced that Junior Firpo has signed a new contract at the club. The speedy full back, 22, has signed a five-year deal and his buyout clause increases to €60m.
Although he was born in the Dominican Republic, Junior had been training at various clubs in the Malaga region until he joined Betis' academy in 2014. He's played for the youth sides at the club as well as Betis Deportivo.
"A few months ago I was playing with the academy side and in a short space of time I've made my debut, helped the team qualify for the Europa League and now signed a new contract. 2018 will be a year I never forget," said Junior.
