Inter Milan are facing a major clearout in the coming days.

Tuttosport says Douglas Maicon is on the brink of leaving for Chelsea, while Dejan Stankovic and Luc Castaignos are in talks with West Ham United.

Also leaving will be goalkeeper Julio Cesar, who is being forced out by Inter management.
