The agent of QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar will be in England next week to discuss his next move.
The Brazilian is expected to leave QPR following their relegation and has been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool.
"Every bit of talk on the future is absolutely premature," Josias Cardoso told Calciomercato.it. "There is still nothing concrete.
"I want to emphasize that anyone interested in him will have to talk first with QPR since the contract with the London club expires in 2016.
"As long as there is no agreement between clubs, we have no right to talk to other teams. In two weeks I should come to Europe to speak with Julio."
