Juan insists he's committed to his AS Roma contract.
The defender has been linked with a return home to Brazil.
But he says: "I haven't authorised anyone to negotiate on my behalf or to offer me to Brazilian clubs or others abroad.
"I still have two years left on my contract with Roma and I've the intention of respecting it.
"My thoughts are exclusively about helping the club and realising its objectives."
