Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic would welcome Sinisa Mihajlovic as new coach.

The Viola are seeking a new trainer with Cesare Prandelli set to be confirmed as new Italy coach.

Jovetic said: "There are many candidates who are well prepared, but Mihajlovic has done really well with Catania.

"If I were to choose, I would say him, and not because he is Serbian, but because he is good."
