Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic has dedicated his goal to suspended teammate Adrian Mutu.

Fiorentina have replaced Mutu with Barcelona striker Keirrison while he prepares his defence.

Jovetic held Mutu's shirt aloft after scoring Fiorentina's equaliser in a 2-2 draw away to Cagliari yesterday.

Speaking after the game, the 20-year-old Montenegro international said: "I am sorry for his moment right now and my gesture has to make him understand that we are all thinking about him.

"I hope that he can return soon," Jovetic concluded.
