Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic has hit out at Barcelona's penalty for last night's 2-0 Champions League defeat.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini lambasted the match officials afterwards.

And Jovetic lamented: "We have all seen that the contact was outside, the referee was 30 yards behind and could not see. The linesman did not tell him anything.

"If you lose it hurts. This was one of the best games we could play in."
