Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson will hand a debut to Milan Jovanovic today against friendly opponents Kaiserslautern.
Both Jovanovic and Soti Krygiakos will see action as Hodgson seeks to get his senior players fit for their Europa League qualifier against Rabotnicki.
He told liverpoolfc.tv: "They did take part in the World Cup and came back a little later and I think we need to be a bit more careful with them than with some of the younger players. But having said that I think they can play and they will be happy to play. They will start the game and we'll see how long we can keep them on for."
